House Resolution 433
H. R. No. 433 was adopted on February 16, 2017 in recognition of the Texas Merci Boxcar being on display for one day at the Texas State Capitol.
Sous Chef de Chemin de Fer passe Ronnie Wheeler and Cheminot Nationale David Knutson were recognized by the members of the Texas House of Representatives. A truly humbling experience and great honor for the Grande Voiture du Texas.
